Behind-the-Door Book Shelves
I was going to make these rain gutter bookshelves I posted earlier. But, it turns out the end caps are more expensive than the actual gutter part. So, when my family came to visit a couple weeks ago, my wonderful dad and brother helped me make these cute shelves. They were just different pieces of molding from Home Depot. The piece that the books sit on have a little ridge which keeps the books from sliding off. We just self-cut them with the saws they have in the store, nailed them together, and painted them. Simple! And a great way to use the dead space behind the door.

ruffle scarf
Vera ruffled scarf $35.
$32 scarf from Anthropology. Very cute!
These are two I made for less than $5 each. No, I didn't show my face :) I'm not a model! Mine are made from a knit fabric unlike the Anthropology one. But a very similar look. I made mine from a tutorial on Hope Studios. Hope studios shows several ways to wear the scarf. These can be made in about 10 minutes.

ruffle bib and burp rag
These were a lot of fun to make. I somewhat followed the tutorials from Homemade by Jill. I used flannel which worked very well and did not use batting. There are a ton of cute flannel fabrics so I need to get to Joann's again!

leg warmers
I made some leg warmers for Alexa several months ago. Leg warmers are great because it takes a lot longer to grow out of them. Alexa still wears hers five months later. I made mine from the tutorial at Everything Your Mama Made.
Another cute (and easy) style are ones with ruffles at the bottom, which can be found at Calico.
